By subscribing to or using any service provided by SK Networks — including internet, IPTV, and OTT bundles — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

SK Networks provides residential and business internet connectivity, IPTV, and OTT entertainment bundles. Available speeds, channel packages, and coverage areas may vary by location and are subject to change without prior notice.

Services are available to individuals and businesses within our serviceable coverage areas. You must provide accurate, current information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Installation is carried out by authorized SK Networks technicians. Any equipment provided (router, set-top box, cabling) remains the property of SK Networks unless otherwise stated, and customers are responsible for reasonable care of this equipment during the subscription period.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made via UPI, card, net banking, or in person at our office. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension until dues are cleared.

While most plans offer unlimited data, SK Networks reserves the right to manage network resources fairly across all customers during periods of heavy congestion to maintain consistent service quality for everyone.

Customers agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malicious content, or to interfere with the network's normal operation. Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.

While we aim for consistent, high-quality connectivity, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. SK Networks will make reasonable efforts to notify customers in advance of planned downtime.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice as specified in your plan terms. SK Networks reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or remain unpaid beyond the grace period.

SK Networks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party content accessed through OTT applications, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties and take reasonable measures to protect account and billing information from unauthorized access.

All SK Networks branding, logos, and website content are the property of SK Networks. Channel and OTT app content remains the property of their respective broadcasters and platforms, made available to you strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

SK Networks may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable regulations. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu.
